sending a file commandline with evolution

While trying to send an png of size 4.5MB the following command is not performing.

/usr/bin/evolution mailto:example@example.com?attach=file:///home/clemens/image.png[/codefi...

cpu usage went up to 100% and stays there for at least 3 minutes.

The command is useful though.
